Return & Exchange

You can cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Unworn items and original boxed socks and boxer shorts that you are not completely satisfied with will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the full value of the product (excluding shipping). We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we receive the returned items. Returns after 14 days will not be refunded and will be returned to you, the cost of postage must be paid by the customer.

1. To request a return, please log into your customer account and follow the instructions below.

2. Log in to your account by clicking on the link below or the profile icon in the top menu and proceed as follows:

- In the Email field fill in the email address you used when making the order and then click 'Next'.
- In your email account, open the email sent by our shop and copy the six-digit confirmation code.
- Go back to the online store and enter your six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you want to request the return.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select a reason for the return and add a note if necessary.
- Click on 'Request a return'.

3. Please make sure that all goods to be returned are undamaged. Damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Boxer shorts and socks can only be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

4. If your return request is approved, carefully package your items.

5. Please address the package with the following address:

6. Send your package back to us. Please remember to ask your post office for a proof of the shipment and keep it as a reference. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return and refund your money if we do not receive your package.

After we receive the product, you will receive your refund.

Who bears the costs for the exchange?
The
cost of returning the goods to us is to be borne by the customer, we bear the delivery costs for sending the exchanged goods.

Are you waiting for the confirmation of your return?
Afterwe have received your return, we will review what you have sent to us. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. We will notify you by email once we have received your return.
Can I return multiple orders together?
You
can return multiple orders at once. Please make sure that you register a return for all orders individually.

Incomplete or incorrect address information:
If the package could not be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information and is returned to us and costs are incurred, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you request a new delivery, the costs caused by the return, as well as the shipping costs incurred by a new delivery, are to be borne by you.
