Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

(1) By entering the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.

(2) All Quipster Instagram followers are eligible to participate.

(3) Participation in the competition is possible from 01.09.2021, 12:00 to 29.09.2021, 12:00.

(4) The participation takes place via Like, Follow and and commenting on the Instagram competition post.

(5) There is 1 hand-drawn T-shirt to be won.

(6) Participation is only possible once per person.

(7) The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way.

(8) We reserve the right to exclude inappropriate or offensive entries from the competition.

(9) The winner will be determined by drawing lots.

(10) The winner will be notified on 30 September via a post comment. The winner will be asked to provide their address details so that the prize can be sent to them. 

(11) If no contact is made within 48 hours in the case of non-cash prizes, the respective prize will be awarded to someone else.

(12) Participants agree that personal data may be collected and stored electronically.

(13) In the event of problems, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the competition.

(14) Legal recourse is excluded.

(15) We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation.

(16) Cash redemption of prizes and exchanges are not possible.

(17) Natural persons residing in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate.

(18) The competition will be held by AKAVIO GmbH, Karl-Emminger Straße 14-16, 5020 Salzburg, AUSTRIA.
